Social Programme

With the EVC 2025 we will offer also a social programme that provides opportunity for the informal exchange that is also vital for growing and strengthening our community.

The social programme of the EVC 2024 will include:

• EVC 2025 conference dinner buffet at venue Filderhalle on Wednesday 14 May 2025

For the second evening, Thursday, 15 May 2025 we propose a regional dinner. Therefore we will reserve a nice location in the surroundings of Stuttgart.

Please note:

• The dinner event on the second evening is not included in the conference fee.
• For better planning, participants, who want to take part at the regional dinner, are requested to indicate their interest during the registration process. Thank you. The organising Team only reserves the dinner location.
• Participants will pay for their own dinner and drinks at the dinner location.
• The participation is limited to 50 participants.
