Sustainability

Our sustainability concept considers the following aspects: Mobility (i.e. we motivate participants to travel as sustainable as possible), location (i.e. we selected the venue according to its sustainability concept and its convenient accessibility by public transport), accommodation (i.e. we recommend choosing close-by hotels with highest sustainability standards), catering (i.e. we focus mainly on vegan and vegetarian options), management of participants (i.e. we try to keep the number of no-shows to a minimum level), printed products (i.e. the conference programme is provided online, only), inclusion (i.e. the venue is well-prepared for people with disabilities), conference equipment (i.e. we try to avoid the application of technological devices and use only highly efficient ones), and merchandise (i.e. there will be only sustainable merchandise for participants).
