Conference Participation Fees
All participants must register for the EVC 2025 conference in full as per the categories and rates outlined below.
Participants can register for the conference only via the registration facility on this website.

Please note:
For all science conferences with a social program, the German Aerospace Center is under obligation to
split the conference participant fees into a VAT-exempt and a VAT-liable portion in the conference fee invoice,
as both VAT-exempt and VAT-liable services were provided for the participant fees. Therefore, the breakdownof the amount
is for tax reasons only. Each participant of the EVC 2025 conference can only book the complete program of EVC 2025 conference,
including the dinner buffet on 14 May 2025.
As organiser and host of the EVC 2025 conference we must include this information on the EVC 2025 conference fee invoices
in accordance with German tax regulations. Every participant of this conference pays the final amount shown on the invoice (no VAT for participants)
Hotel accommodation is not included in the registration fee.
We provide a list of suitable hotels for your convenience on the conference website.
Participation fee for all presenter, participants and students includes:
- Admission in the scientific program of the EVC 2025 conference (14-16 May 2025)
- Coffee breaks and lunch (14-16 May 2025)
- Participation in the conference dinner buffet at the venue Filderhalle, on Wednesday 14 May 2025
Dinner event on Thursday 15 May 2025
This dinner is not included in the conference fee.
The dinner event will take place in a local brewery and restaurant in Stuttgart on Thursday 15 May 2025
and is a perfect opportunity for interested delegates, students to connect with international colleagues.
Accompanying persons are also welcome.
Participants will pay for their own dinner and drinks at the dinner location.
For better planning, participants, who want to take part at this dinner event, are requested to indicate their interest
during the registration process. Thank you.
The participation is limited to 50 participants.
